Individual, Marriage & Family Therapy
My approach to therapy is person-centered. I am interested in listening to your own goals and needs and jointly define the therapeutic process accordingly.
Regarding how long therapy takes, it is my opinion that you should think in terms of reaching concrete goals and increasing your wellbeing. Therapy is weekly, however I can offer a session on the phone, or there might be times when two sessions instead of one session per week might be needed as well.
